You are free to choose another employment barrister or solicitor. In the event that you use our contact forms or telephone us, your details may be referred to a solicitor or employment barrister. Modavis will be paid a referral fee by the solicitor or barrister that is no greater than 15% of profit costs on your case and in some cases an annual membership fee to participate in our solicitor/employment barristers network, but this will not be added to your bill.
